Owner

Daniel Roden is the founder and owner of Lone Star Foundation Repair in Tyler. After earning his BS in Kinesiology from Sul Ross State University in Alpine, Texas, Daniel chose to change career paths and become an expert in the field of foundation repair. In Daniel’s hometown of San Antonio, he developed his skills for nearly a decade as a project manager for one of the largest foundation repair companies in Texas. After moving his family to Tyler in 2016, Daniel sensed a need in the East Texas community to open a foundation repair company founded on the principles of honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Besides excelling at customer satisfaction, Daniel is passionate about his faith, family, fishing, and helping others.

Justin Lawler

Field Technician - Certified Foundation Repair Specialist

Justin Lawler is the lead sales technician at Lone Star Foundation Repair in Tyler. Justin has been with Lone Star since the beginning. Hired as a construction helper, Justin’s professionalism and excellent customer service quickly earned him a position as Lone Star’s first sales technician. Justin is serious about developing his knowledge and skills in the field of foundation repair, which is why he attends the National Foundation Repair Association’s annual seminar every year. Customers rave about Justin because they appreciate his expertise and professionalism. He always makes sure that customers understand their foundation issues and are comfortable working with us before moving forward. Justin is passionate about loving and providing for his little girl and his beautiful fiance.

Xain Simons

Field Technician - Certified Foundation Repair Specialist

Xain entered the field of foundation repair in 2020. He began as a technician before becoming a Certified Foundation Repair Specialist. Like Phillip, his dad, he loves helping owners feel comfortable and safe in their house again, and he’s committed to ensuring clients get all the repairs they need–and none of the ones they don’t. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his young daughter and girlfriend.

Pete Clayton

Supervisor

Pete Clayton joined the foundation repair industry in 2018, learning the trade alongside his father-in-law before advancing to foreman, a role he held for five years. During that time, he worked closely with Lone Star Foundation Repair owner Daniel, building the professional relationship that eventually brought him to the team as a field supervisor.

Before transitioning into foundation repair, Pete served in law enforcement, where he developed the leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to serving others that continue to guide his work today.
